James Sinoway O.D.
After attending Northeastern and Boston University, Dr.Sinoway went on to receive his Doctorate of Optometry from Nova Southeastern University where he graduated at the top of his class. He then completed his externship at the renowned Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, affiliated with the University of Miami School of Medicine. Bascom Palmer Eye Institute is recognized as one of the worlds finest and progressive centers for ophthalmic research and education. In 2007, it was rated the #1 eye hospital in the U.S. by US News and World Reports. Dr. Sinoway completed advanced training in the treatment of eye disease and specialized contact lens fittings. James Sinoway is a member of the American Optometric Association, The New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians, The Optometric Retina Society and The Glaucoma Society.
Dr. Sinoway is recognized as one of America's Top Optometrists by the Consumers Research Council and in 1996 he was certified by TLC for the pre and post operative care of LASIK and PRK patients. He has over 15 years of experience managing refractive surgery patients. Dr. Sinoway has provided eye care to over 100,000 patients. When Dr. Sinoway is not seeing patients he enjoys playing basketball, tennis, reading and spending time with his wife and three children.
Tracey Sinoway O.D.
Received her bachelors degree from Boston University and her Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University. Upon graduation she received an award for outstanding achievement in contact lenses. Dr. Sinoway has been in practice since 1996. She is a member of the New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians and the American Optometric Association. She has been featured on Fox News and Bethany Ever After. Dr. Sinoway has been working with corneal surgeon Dr. Martin Fox since 1997. This relationship as afforded her to be one of the most experienced optometrists in fitting patients with keratoconus, high astigmatism and post surgical patients. She also has extensive experience managing LASIK patients. She consistently takes continuing medical education courses to stay abreast with all the new treatments and technology. Dr. Sinoway enjoys spending her free time with her husband and three children.
Martin L. Fox M.D.
a board certified ophthalmologist with over twenty three years of experience in corneal and refractive surgery. Dr. Fox is recognized as one of the leaders in his field. As Medical Director of the Cornea and Refractive surgery Practice in New York City, he performs over one hundred corneal transplant operations yearly for patients throughout the metropolitan area. In addition, as TLC medical director he has performed over 35,000 laser vision correction procedures. Dr. Fox is frequently invited to lecture on topics in corneal disease and refractive surgery and as been featured at the national meetings of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. His expertise in the management of post operative problems after refractive surgery has earned him the respect of colleagues throughout the country. He has been featured in national TV productions including The View and Good Morning America. Cited by New York Magazine as one of the areas foremost refractive surgeons. Dr. Fox was one of the first corneal surgeons to introduce the LASIK procedure in the tri- state area. He is active in the introduction of new technology into clinical practice including Wave front guided laser vision correction, intraocular contact lenses, and the surgical correction of presbyopia and the use of INTACS intracorneal segments in the treatment of keratoconus.
Fay Khmelnitsky, O.D.
received her Bachelor of Science degree from St. John's University and Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She provides comprehensive eye care and is TPA certified to treat various eye disease. She administers pre- and postoperative care for laser vision correction and cataract extractions. She has extensive experience with contact lenses, including keratoconus and post operative corneal transplants. She also has experience working with Low Vision patients and has published her research in age-related maculopathy. Outside her love for Optometry, Dr. K. is passionate about her two infant children, husband, cooking, and football.

Dr. Tracy Sinoway and her Staff were very pleasant and informative. I don't know anything about glasses only that I really NEED them.
